Your Mission

• Ensure that all supplier components meet internal quality standards and automotive requirements.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and specific OEM standards.
• Lead PPAP processes and validate documentation (Control Plan, FMEA, 8D, etc.).
• Manage non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and follow up on supplier performance.
• Participate in development projects to assess feasibility and industrialization at supplier level.
• Work closely with internal departments (Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics) to align supplier expectations.

What You Bring

• Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• +3 years of experience in Quality, ideally in the automotive sector and working with suppliers.
• Solid knowledge of Core Tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) and ISO/IATF standards.
• Experience in supplier audits and problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage both local and international suppliers.

Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
