About The Role

Supplier Assurance Manager - shape how we deliver delicious, every day. At Domino's, your skills, ideas and judgement really matter. Food safety, quality and supplier performance are critical. As our Supplier Assurance Manager, you'll play a key role in how we deliver for customers and franchise partners, working closely with suppliers, shaping product quality, and helping us maintain the highest food safety standards across our supply chain.

Based in Milton Keynes (with a hybrid working pattern), this role gives you the opportunity to work on bespoke recipes, partner with suppliers across the UK and internationally, manage technical risk and drive continuous improvement across supplier quality, food safety and responsible sourcing and ESG initiatives.

What you'll bring

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical judgement with a practical understanding of food manufacturing, supplier management and commercial pace.

You'll be comfortable getting into the detail of specifications, audit findings, corrective actions and supplier performance data, while also influencing decisions across procurement, innovation, supply chain and operations.

  • Have a strong background in food safety, ideally with Level 4 Food Safety and HACCP qualifications
  • Hold a degree in food safety, food quality, microbiology or a related field
  • Have experience in food manufacturing, supplier quality or auditing environments
  • Understand supplier approval, specifications, technical documentation and food safety management systems
  • Can assess risk, challenge constructively and escalate issues when standards are not being met
  • Build effective supplier relationships while holding partners accountable for quality, safety and service performance
  • Are comfortable managing your own diary and travelling when required
  • Are confident using data and tools (including Excel) to support decision-making
What you'll be doing

You'll be at the heart of how we manage supplier relationships and ensure the food our customers receive is safe, consistent and high quality.

Working as part of a close-knit Supplier Assurance team, you'll collaborate with our innovation teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders to bring new products to life and maintain existing standards.

  • Managing supplier relationships to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards across our supply base
  • Conducting supplier visits and audits (UK and international), identifying risks and driving improvements
  • Supporting product development and innovation by working closely with suppliers on new and bespoke recipes
  • Escalating food safety, quality or compliance concerns appropriately and helping to protect customer trust and brand standards
  • Leading conversations around sustainability and responsible sourcing with partners
  • Using your technical expertise to influence decisions and ensure standards are consistently met
