Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a global team of 4 HR Administrators, fostering a positive, collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Manage full employment lifecycle administration in the EMEA region with emphasis on the United Kingdom, and support global HR Business Partners.
  • Monitor and support all team tasks for the employee life cycle (onboarding, offboarding, employee changes) and conduct analysis of team performance.
  • Maintain HR systems and employee folders through regular data audits, ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee data across global offices.
  • Provide analysis and insights into HR operation activities while collaborating closely with HR Business Partner, HR Leads and the Senior Manager, HR Operations.
  • Proactively identify and coordinate process improvement initiatives for more efficient HR operational processes.
  • Help implement employee engagement activities and programs globally.
  • Guide and drive updates or creation of HR operation documentation and forms while providing HR operational insights for HR policies, toolkits and procedures.
  • Serve as an escalation point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, raise awareness of applicable HR policies and processes, and work with local HR Business Partners.
Qualifications
  • Robust experience in supporting HR Operation processes across the full employment lifecycle.
  • Experience using an HR system (Workday) or other HR/Payroll software (preferred).
  • Excellent Microsoft Office applications skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with a proven ability to learn new technologies.
  • Successful adoption of process improvement standard practices and initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation and excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at high volume, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn, grow and adapt.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Team player who can collaborate with direct team, others in the organization and external vendors, while managing time independently.
  • Desirable: experience managing a small team or mentoring/coaching colleagues.
