The Role
At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well," and we can't do that without our specialist teams.
We're currently looking for a Supervisor to work with Zoie and the team in our Oxford store.
This is a 40-hour contract. Candidates must be flexible to work across weekdays, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
What you will be doing
The Supervisor plays a key role in the store's leadership, coaching and motivating the sales team to exceed targets, maximize KPIs, and deliver excellent customer service. You will foster a professional and enjoyable store environment, encourage a winning mentality, and lead by example. The Supervisor should be an expert in CT products, customer service, and sales skills, and will train the team using staff training tools.
Additionally, you will assist with operational, compliance, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the store, adhering to company policies, health and safety guidelines, and security procedures.

Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Key Holder in retail is essential
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to prioritize customer service while achieving sales results
- Experience coaching and training team members on KPI performance
