About the role

Retail store assistant (keyholder) - working Sundays. Pay £12.71 per hour plus benefits. Reports to the shop manager. Permanent contract. Hours 5-Sunday only. Location Partick.
Closing date: 26th July :55.
You must be eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shop operations on Sundays, including keyholder duties.
• Support volunteers and shop team to achieve sales and fundraising targets.
• Review and process donated goods and new stock.
• Generate creative ideas for income with guidance from the shop manager.
• Provide customer service, ensuring customers feel welcomed and appreciated.
• Maintain shop standards for safeguarding, compliance, and health & safety.
• Perform manual handling and physical activity as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Working knowledge of excellent customer service.
• Experience in a lively, vibrant retail environment.
• Adaptability to changing situations; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commercial awareness and strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work on a rota basis and meet the needs of the business while maintaining a life outside of work.
• Eligibility to work in the UK; basic DBS check required.
