Responsibilities
  • Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing all cash register functions, and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times.
  • Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and driving LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
  • Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards, comply with all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.
Qualifications
  • Passion, energy, and sincere dedication to engaging with minds that are hungry to learn.
  • Great communication skills to connect effectively with teammates and guests of all ages.
  • Experience in a retail environment is a big plus; we are ready to invest in your training if you have the right attitude.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends, to support the team when the business needs it most.
