SuDS Solutions Engineer

We are looking to strengthen our Engineering team in Alliance with a SuDS Design Engineer based at Peterborough with hybrid working available (2-3 days on site/with stakeholders). As a SuDS Solutions Engineer, you'll play a vital role in developing and delivering innovative SuDS and NbS schemes - from the early optioneering phase through to construction. Responsibilities include:

1. Scope, assess, and deliver SuDS opportunities in urban, rural, and public realm settings.
2. Work closely with stakeholders - from local authorities to community groups - to co-create solutions.
3. Use GIS, spatial data, and topographic insights to inform sustainable design.
4. Support projects from feasibility through to construction, with site visits and design input.
5. Collaborate across the alliance - design, CAD, enabling, construction, ecology & more.
6. Contribute to design excellence, health & safety, and environmental best practices.
7. Champion innovation and smarter ways of working in stormwater management.
