SuccessFactors Testing Manager

  • Duration: initially 5 months

We are seeking an experienced Success Factors Testing Manager to support a major HR, Payroll and Workforce Transformation Programme involving SAP SuccessFactors, WFS and associated integrations.

The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Programme Testing Lead to provide hands-on leadership across all testing activities. The role will establish and maintain the testing delivery cadence, ensuring that environments, data, resources, defects and dependencies are effectively managed to support successful programme delivery.

This role requires an individual capable of coordinating technical, business and supplier teams whilst maintaining pace, discipline and transparency throughout all test phases.

Core Functional Requirements & Experience

Test Planning & Delivery

  • Manage day-to-day test execution activities.

  • Translate the test strategy into detailed delivery plans.

  • Coordinate testing across SuccessFactors, WFS and integrations.

  • Manage entry and exit criteria across test phases.

Defect & Risk Management

  • Manage defect triage and prioritisation.

  • Track and manage testing risks and dependencies.

  • Escalate blockers and recovery actions as required .

Reporting & Governance

  • Provide accurate status reporting.

  • Monitor progress against plan.

  • Support governance reviews and readiness assessments.

Required Experience

Essential

  • Experience leading testing within complex transformation programmes.

  • SAP SuccessFactors and WFS testing experience.

  • Strong test management and governance background.

Preferred Experience

  • Payroll transformation programmes.

  • End-to-end integration testing.

  • Cutover and go-live support.
