Contract Type: Day Rate Contract
Rate: €650 - €850 per day (depending on experience)
About the Role:
Our client, a respected consultancy in Paris, is looking for a skilled SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Reporting and Data Management. You will work with key stakeholders to deliver effective reporting solutions and ensure robust HR data management within SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and optimize SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics tools.
Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and metrics to support HR decision-making.
Guarantee accuracy, consistency, and compliance of HR data across all modules.
Work closely with client teams to capture requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
Support testing, troubleshooting, and integrations with other systems.
Conduct training and knowledge-transfer sessions with client stakeholders.
Requirements:
3-7 years of experience working with SuccessFactors, with proven expertise in Reporting and Data Management.
Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as ORD (Online Report Designer), Canvas Reports, and Advanced Reporting.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and data governance.
Excellent consulting and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Onsite presence in Paris 3-4 days per week.
