*SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - 12 months contract - Remote (Poland/Spain)*

RED is currently looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join one of our global clients on a long-term integration project.

* Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

* Start date: ASAP

* Location: Remote (Poland or Spain)

* Duration: 12 months+

* Languages: English

Responsibilities:

* Work on integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA

* Configure and deliver SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder) solutions

* Support end-to-end integration delivery (hands-on, not just design)

* Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements

* Ensure integration solutions align with business processes

* Support troubleshooting and optimisation of integrations

* Work within a complex, multi-country landscape (70+ countries)

Requirements:

* Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB)

* Proven experience delivering SuccessFactors - S/4 integrations

* Experience working on global/complex SAP landscapes

* Strong delivery background (not only functional/design experience)

* Ability to work remotely with occasional travel if required

* Strong communication skills in English
