Subsidiary Director - Swiss Market

Our client is a dynamic player in consulting and technological services. As part of its development, the company is opening its subsidiary in Geneva and is looking for its: Branch Director H/F - Swiss Market After a period of integration, your responsibilities will be the following: Business Development: Define and execute the business development plan for the territory. Software Solutions: Promote and market our software solutions to major clients. Resources (Staffing): Identify your clients' IT skill needs and manage the placement of our expert consultants (contracting/technical assistance). Management and Recruitment: Recruit, supervise, and enhance the skills of your local team (salespeople and consultants). P&L Management: Oversee the profitability of the subsidiary, ensure financial reporting to management in Paris, and guarantee compliance with Swiss regulatory specifics. PROFILE Experience: A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience, ideally gained in an ESN (Digital Services Company) or at a software publisher. Sales Expertise: You master complex sales cycles (SaaS solutions/licenses), the promotion of management software solutions, and the recruitment of scarce profiles. Network: You already have an active network of decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, in Switzerland). Languages: Perfect mastery of French and English. Knowledge of the specifics of Swiss labor law and work permits is a plus. Skills: Hunter mentality, excellent autonomy, and a sense of ethics. Languages: Proficiency in English in addition to French. German is a serious asset for developing the entire Swiss market.
