Subscription Benefits Strategy Lead

Deliveroo seeks a Strategy & Operations Manager within the Value Proposition & New Benefits team to own strategy and execution for new benefits in Subscription. This hybrid role moves from thinking to hands-on delivery, shaping what to launch and ensuring it ships and measures impact.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing and Finance to build a pipeline of ideas, define success metrics, and scale proven benefits from pilots to steady-state features.
