Sub Agent, Civil Engineering (Highways) - Long-Term

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Somerset is recruiting for a Sub Agent to support the Project Manager and Site Agent on a major highways and infrastructure scheme. This contract role pays £450-£525 per day inside IR35 and runs until the end of 2027, with an immediate start and weekly pay.

You will supervise site operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain safety and quality standards, manage resources, monitor progress against the programme, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
