Student Support Officer

Salary: Grade 4 SCP 5-6 (£25,583 - £25,989) pro-rata 32.5 hours per week

1 year contract in the first instance

Term time only

Staffordshire University Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Student Support Officer to join our supportive and ambitious team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students, both in the classroom and through targeted small group interventions, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and thrive in school life.

About the role

Working in the classroom to support students' learning and engagement

Deliver and support small group interventions tailored to students' needs

Have the opportunity to design and develop your own interventions, based on your interests, strengths, and the needs of our students

Build positive relationships that support students academically, socially, and emotionally
