Responsibilities:

Academic documents dispatch to students

  • Printing of documents, scanning, renaming and uploading onto the Student Management system
  • Collection of student addresses via Microsoft forms
  • Identification of the correct postal service La Poste for Europe, UPS - for the rest of the world)
  • Updating of the Excel master tracking
  • Following-up with the students on the tracking number of the parcel and with unclaimed documents

Graduation & Alumni Support

  • Assisting with the graduation ceremonies, including various duties as required during the day
  • Assisting with the documents production for Alumni including record-keeping

Daily Operations & Student Support

  • Assisting with the monitoring of the department mailbox and answering day-to-day queries
  • Following up of student day to day queries related to professional services processes

Student Registration & Records Management

  • Assisting with student records maintenance in various systems
  • Assisting with the preparation of documents requested by students or their sponsors, ensuring effective communication

Other

  • Participating in projects, as required by the institution
  • Performing any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Institution

Profile and experiences:

  • CFC - employé(e) de commerce or equivalent diploma or experience
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) ; French and/or other languages would be an advantage
  • General knowledge of administrative processes and systems
  • Understanding of educational processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular)
