The Role: The Student Recruitment Advisor promotes and sells university and awarding body programs to our progressing students, responds to potential students across various courses, and helps identify suitable courses to meet their goals.
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
What the role involves:
- Making outbound calls to convert existing students into applications for further qualifications.
- Participating in outreach, events, and community activities to promote GBS and its courses, increasing intake numbers.
- Following up with existing students interested in progressing, supporting them through the application process to enrollment.
- Accurately recording customer data into appropriate systems in a timely manner.
- Traveling to other GBS campuses as needed.
About You:
- Effective communicator with empathy, via phone, face-to-face, and in writing.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Dedicated to providing excellent service to students.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Quick and accurate information processing under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills for tasks, priorities, and time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
- Detail-oriented with sound decision-making abilities.
