Student Housing Front Desk Specialist

Homes for Students Ltd is seeking a friendly Resident Services Assistant for The Sail Works in Lancaster. You will handle meet and greet, reception support, and help desk tasks while assisting the operations team. This 40-hour-per-week role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm, with focus on delivering great customer care to students and visitors.

Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills, clear communication, and the ability to stay organised in a busy environment are essential.
