Student Housing Front Desk & Customer Support Advisor

Student Castle in Bath is seeking a part-time resident liaison and admin support to answer queries, handle payments, and assist the Property Manager with financial controls. You will act across reception, correspondence, and social events on-site, coordinating with marketing and management.

The role involves face-to-face customer service, parcel management, licensing checks, and contributing to smooth day-to-day operations for residents and stakeholders over a 12-month fixed-term contract.
