Job DescriptionYou join the Debt Solutions team as a lawyer. In this context, you will be in charge of consulting at the front office of Natixis, located in France and abroad, and of legal documentation for:
- The setting up and monitoring of transactions in structured financial instruments (bonds, EMTNs, warrants, certificates, whether collateralized or not), issued by the institution or its subsidiaries or dedicated vehicles, within or outside its issuance programs;
- Mastery of the legal aspects of private placements and public offerings of securities mainly in Europe and Asia;
- The advice and negotiation of contracts relating to the marketing and distribution of these financial securities;
- The preparation and updating of structured debt issuance programs for Natixis and its subsidiaries and issuance vehicles;
- Monitoring and contribution to legal and regulatory work related to these securities.
On a daily basis, your missions are:
- The upstream relationship with operators as part of the design of operations, the structuring of new products and sometimes the underlying (e.g. proprietary index);
- The preparation and negotiation of securities issuance documentation (offer documents, mandates, issuance documentation );
- The development of models and participation in digital work, particularly in the context of automating the documentation of emissions; and
- The monitoring of applicable regulations and place practices.

- With a higher education in French business and financial law, supplemented by a degree in Anglo-Saxon law, you have at least 1 year of experience in similar positions, more specifically in the field of debt securities issuance.
- You master:
- The legal and regulatory environment for issuing, offering, and placing financial securities;
- Stock market law and contract law;
- The practices of national authorities in France and Luxembourg with regard to public offerings of structured debt instruments;
- The rules for admission of financial securities to trading on regulated markets in France and Luxembourg.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are:
- Curious;
- Agile;
- Pragmatic and organized.
