Description: We are delighted to be recruiting a Structured Finance Associate for a leading international law firm based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded Finance team advising global financial institutions, asset managers, and corporate clients on complex structured finance and capital markets transactions.

• Advise on structured finance and capital markets matters including CLOs, RMBS, CMBS, and other securitisation structures.
• Act for leading international financial institutions, arrangers, originators, and asset managers.
• Support the execution of complex structured products such as fund linked notes, repackagings, and lending platforms.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including offering circulars, loan agreements, and security documentation.
• Collaborate with cross jurisdictional teams on multi disciplinary mandates across the finance practice.

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE in structured finance, debt capital markets, or a related area.
• Background gained from a top tier law firm in Ireland, the UK, or an equivalent international practice.
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills with strong commercial acumen.
• A proactive, detail oriented professional who thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
