Structured Finance Senior Associate

Client: Fintech - Location: City of London (hybrid)

One of Europe's fastest growing fintech companies is scaling up as it enters its Series B fundraising activities. The CFO needs a strong capital markets professional to take full ownership of funding structures, lender relationships and capital markets reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage existing structured financing vehicles
• Support the structuring of new funding initiatives
• Own the relationship with credit insurance providers and managing agents
• Build and own financial models to optimise the deployment of capital across facilities
• Ensure lending reporting is fully compliant with covenants and undertakings

Requirements

• 5 8 years within structured finance, capital markets or securitisation
• Direct experience working with SPVs and/or warehouse style lending facilities
• Financial modelling - ability to build a facility model or waterfall model from scratch
• Deep understanding of structured credit mechanics
