The OpportunityWe're looking for a talented and motivated Structural Engineer to join our Norwich team. From small residential extensions to complex multi-storey apartments and commercial developments (up to £12m), this is your chance to work on a broad range of exciting projects using the latest design software.
You'll collaborate with skilled colleagues both locally and across the wider group, expanding your design knowledge and working towards chartered status with the Institution of Structural Engineers fully supported by us.
What You'll DoDeliver high-quality structural designs using industry-leading software
Liaise with clients and internal teams to develop practical, cost-effective solutions
Produce calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports
Maintain and develop client relationships, contributing to business growth
Support project delivery to meet deadlines and commercial targets
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of UK-based structural engineering experience, ideally in Norfolk
Progress toward or possession of Chartered Engineer status (CEng)
Strong knowledge of concrete building design
Experience with project management and cost estimation
