Would you like to develop your technical and leadership skills within a global, multi-disciplinary consultancy? Are you working toward Chartership and looking for a role that actively supports your professional development and progression?

The Company

This global, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy is widely recognised for pioneering sustainable design and engineering solutions across the built environment. With roots going back to its founding in the 1970s, the practice has evolved into a worldwide organisation with over 1,200 professionals operating across offices in Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. Sustainability is embedded at the core of its strategy, including a bold commitment to achieving Zero Carbon Design on all projects by 2030, positioning it as a thought-leader in climate-responsible engineering.

Professionals at the firm benefit from working on diverse, high-profile projects that span sectors and scales - from tall buildings and infrastructure to creative installations - in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. The organisation places strong emphasis on people development, mentorship, and support toward professional chartership, while also fostering a culture that encourages innovation in computational design and advanced modelling.

The Role
  • Deliver structural engineering designs, calculations, reports, and specifications across a range of projects
  • Act as lead engineer on smaller schemes, coordinating inputs and managing resources where required
  • Work under the guidance of senior engineers, with increasing autonomy and responsibility over time
  • Attend client and design team meetings and undertake site visits
  • Support project delivery to agreed timeframes and budgets
  • Apply industry standards, best practice and quality procedures throughout the project delivery
