Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of organizational strategy

• Design and manage performance frameworks and KPIs

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in business, international development, or related field
• 10+ years experience in strategy, planning, or senior leadership roles
• Strong track record of leading organizational change
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in the international development sector
