Strategy Director - Compare The Market

The Role

The Role is a unique opportunity to further your career as a marketing strategist on some of the world's best brands. Working into an experienced Strategy Partner or Managing Partner of Strategy, your responsibility will be to create brilliant strategic thinking that powers the day-to-day campaign planning of some of our biggest clients, and take a leading role shaping the overall media strategy of some of our smaller clients. You will inspire cross agency teams to build creative and effective solutions for clients, which help them build competitive advantage.

The Clients

The clients will range from Tier 1 (contributing) to Tier 3, including Compare The Market, a brand known for some of the country's most iconic advertising. This dynamic sector places marketing at the core of competitive advantage, offering a chance to drive a leading UK brand - even featuring our beloved meerkats.

Flexible Working

We offer a hybrid working model, three days in the office and two days working remotely, balancing in-person collaboration with flexibility. Standard hours are 9:30 - 17:30, but you can flex within the core window of 10:30 - 16:30 to suit your schedule. For example, you could start at 8:30 - 16:30 or at 10:30 - 18:30.
