You will join a team of humble, diverse and talented individuals who advise clients on their employer branding strategies. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that's made for the type of person whose talents don't neatly fit into a single box or category.
Job Description
Your responsibilities
- Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients, collaborating closely to understand their needs and develop effective solutions within Employer Brand Strategy and EVP.
- Sales Support / Pitching: Support the sales team by contributing strategic insights and expertise to pitches and proposals, aiding in acquiring new business.
- Collaborate for client success with project managers
- Product Ownership: Take ownership of specific strategic initiatives, overseeing their development and implementation, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or the equivalent as the basis for your career in a relevant field
- Experience within Employer Branding is a big plus.
- English native or Business English, other language proficiencies (French, German, Italian, Spanish) are a plus
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and execute Employer Brand strategies and Workshops that align with client objectives and drive business success based on Universum Data.
- Sales Support: Experience in providing strategic support the sales teams, contributing to pitches, and developing strategies that win new business.
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to effectively manage strategic initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Vendor/Partner Management: Skills in cultivating and managing relationships with external partners or vendors to enhance agency capabilities.
