Strategy & Transformation Manager (Hybrid)

About the Role

Simple Online Healthcare has a footprint in four markets today (UK, Australia, Germany, and Denmark). We operate in a high growth market and our ambition is to launch in 15 new markets during 2025. We are looking for a Strategy & Transformation Manager to help drive our strategic initiatives, establish a Project Management Office (PMO), and embed best-in-class ways of working across the company. This is a high-impact role working closely with the senior leadership. You will manage the portfolio of strategic initiatives, lead key strategy work streams, and support the company's operating rhythms. You will also be responsible for setting up and running the PMO, providing project management coaching, and developing tools and templates to accelerate delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive transformation initiatives that align with our mission to make healthcare more accessible and affordable.
  • Support business leads to deliver the company's portfolio of strategic initiatives, helping to unblock challenges, ensure consistent delivery within budget and timelines, as well as timely reporting
  • Work closely with functional heads to coordinate the annual functional planning, working closely with finance to translate plans into budgets
  • Establish a company-wide PMO, defining project management best practices, governance, and reporting structures.
  • Provide project management coaching, tools, and templates to empower teams, and champion consistent delivery across the business
  • Support executive team governance, ensuring clear planning and execution of priorities.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in an international consultancy delivering large and small-scale programmes, ideally from strategy through to execution.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Passionate about making a tangible impact on healthcare accessibility and affordability.
  • Right to work in the UK and ability to be based in Glasgow 2-3 days per week.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate individual and team performance / processes

Desirable skills and experience

  • A degree is required; an MBA is a plus but not essential
  • International experience and multilingual abilities are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in digital healthcare
  • Project management qualification

Salary: £60,000-70,000

Basics you can expect:

️ 33 days (Inclusive of Bank Holidays) + 1 day after 2 years of service, up to 5 extra days
