Strategy & Projects Manager

Our client is a fast-growing UK mental health provider that has scaled significantly in recent years and is now investing in how the business plans and delivers change.

This is a new permanent, hands-on strategy role working across the business. You'll take the organisation's biggest priorities and make them happen: shaping the plan, solving problems along the way and making sure changes stick. It suits someone who enjoys ambiguity and would rather deliver change than just advise on it.

• Shape plans for key business priorities and keep delivery on track

• Lead high-impact projects across different teams and functions

• Get to the root of problems and find practical solutions

• Give senior leaders clear, concise recommendations

• Make processes simpler and more effective

• A background in strategy, transformation or operations, ideally including some time in consulting

• Experience in a fast-growing, scaling business (for example health tech, fintech or retail)

• A doer who brings structure and pace and sees things through

• Confident working with senior stakeholders

Healthcare experience is a bonus, but not essential.
