Responsibilities- Build the bridge between brands and consumers.
- Champion creative solutions with clarity and a vocal, inventive approach.
- Apply end to end customer experience strategy knowledge-including customer research, strategy, vision & design.
- Develop strategy solutions from brand strategy down to tactical social, content and influencer strategies.
- Use data and research to uncover consumer insights relevant to campaigns.
- Show a deep understanding of marketing fundamentals.
- Craft content calendars, caption banks, and trend jacking posts.
- Leverage VaynerMedia tools, research and platforms for content audits and holistic success measurement frameworks.
- Bring the consumer's world to life for creative teams and clients through qualitative and cultural mining, plus quantitative research synthesis.
- Create distinct audience segmentations tied to strategic decisions and creative ways in.
- Articulate strategic rationale with clear, compelling storytelling.
- Design decks that detail ideas and insights for stakeholder engagement.
- Use your agency experience and content creation skills to manage digital campaigns and end to end consumer journeys.
- Maintain curiosity and a willingness to learn and experiment.
- Minimum 2years experience as a strategist in a media or creative advertising agency within the Malaysia market.
- Ability to deliver independent work and achieve results quickly.
- Strong participation in collaboration sessions with cross functional teams.
- Prioritise tasks with urgency and manage ongoing performance of projects.
- Own internal processes for quality assurance and identify solutions to challenges.
- Ensure zero mistakes and remove internal process issues on deliverables.
- Foster positive communication and collaboration with all internal groups.
- Communicate ideas clearly and professionally to internal teams and external clients.
- Highlight new ideas to team and stakeholders when appropriate.
- Provide timely, helpful professional information to team or clients.
