We're searching for an outstanding Strategic Vice Principal to join our senior leadership team - a leader who can inspire excellence, drive school improvement, and embed our core Christian values throughout everything we do.

As Strategic Vice Principal, you will:

• Lead and deliver high-impact initiatives across our schools, aligning with the Trust's strategic vision.
• Champion excellence in teaching, learning, and curriculum innovation.
• Mentor and develop leaders at all levels, building capacity and a culture of high performance.
• Drive standards through rigorous quality assurance and evidence-based improvement.
• Play a key role in safeguarding, inclusion, behaviour strategy, and pastoral development.
• Shape inclusive, nurturing environments where every child thrives and is proud to belong.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a proven track record at senior leadership level (Assistant/Deputy Head or higher).
• Is confident in leading change, improving outcomes, and developing people.
• Brings deep understanding of the current Ofsted framework and national education landscape.
• Is values-driven, student-focused, and committed to inclusion and wellbeing.
• Thrives on collaboration, innovation, and inspiring others.

Desirable but not essential: NPQH, experience working across multiple schools, or a coaching qualification.
