Strategic TUPE & Workforce Transition Leader

Sodexo is seeking a Head of TUPE & Workforce Transition to lead the specialist function for employee transfers and organisational change. You will guide TUPE, outsourcing, insourcing, restructures and collective consultation, aligning legal compliance with positive commercial outcomes across multiple sites.

Working with HR, Legal, Commercial and Bid teams, you will support business growth, contract mobilisation and transformation while leading a team of subject matter experts.
