Strategic Total Reward Lead

BT Group is searching for a Strategic Total Reward Specialist to shape and embed BT's reward strategy. You will partner with People & Culture and the business to design and deliver reward solutions that support performance, colleague experience and long-term talent outcomes.

You will act as a trusted reward expert across pay, incentives, benefits, recognition and performance, working on both cyclical reward activities and strategic transformation programmes, keeping frameworks simple, inclusive
