Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist (6-Month FTC)

Bilfinger UK is seeking a recruiter on a fixed term contract of 6 months to support vacancies across the UK, handling the full recruitment process from request to onboarding. The role involves sourcing talent across multiple disciplines, coordinating interviews and building candidate pipelines to meet future resourcing needs.

The successful candidate will promote our employer brand, liaise with hiring managers and HR, and manage vacancies through the ATS while ensuring timely feedback to
