Verda is building a European AI cloud and seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to recruit for go-to-market, operations and corporate roles. You will own end-to-end processes, partner with leaders, and continuously improve hiring practices while scaling internationally.

You will craft data-driven strategies, build pipelines, and advise on interview design, compensation benchmarking, and candidate experience. Hybrid work in London or Helsinki with strong emphasis on employer branding.
