Strategic Reward & Payroll Specialist

Gofractional in Cumbernauld is seeking a Reward and Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for the company with an outsourced provider, ensuring accurate and timely payments under UK laws. The role covers non-standard patterns, deductions, leavers, and year-end reporting such as P11D and P60, with a move to monthly reporting from 2026.

You will also contribute to reward analysis, framework development, salary benchmarking, and LTIPs, staying updated on regulatory changes.
