Strategic Resourcing Lead (Hybrid)

The Ministry of Defence is seeking a Resourcing Manager on a hybrid basis (2/3 days in a Bristol or London office, rest from home) to lead CSM resourcing, workforce planning and policy advice. The role requires SC clearance and the ability to work with senior stakeholders across finance, NAD HR and strategic planning.

You will balance contingent labour, military and civilian workforces, and support recruitment onboarding processes while ensuring data quality and governance reporting.
