Strategic Real Estate Origination Director

Lloyds Bank plc seeks a Director for Real Estate Origination in the UK, based in Edinburgh or London, with hybrid working and at least 50% time on site. You will lead origination, structuring and delivery of CRE lending, identifying opportunities and managing relationships to drive investment outcomes.

The role requires strong experience in CRE lending, risk evaluation and investment appraisal, with collaboration across credit, risk, legal, and portfolio teams.
