Strategic Property Management Lead (MRICS)

Beach Baker is recruiting for a Property Management Surveyor to join a respected UK property consultancy's Property & Asset Management team. You will manage day-to-day operations across a portfolio of commercial assets and serve as the main contact for landlords and tenants.

Role responsibilities include preparing service charge budgets, inspections, coordinating with site teams, managing tenders and contracts, and advising clients to achieve their property objectives.
