Strategic Property & Casualty Underwriter (Hybrid)

NFU Mutual's Head Office Underwriting team is seeking an experienced Technical Property & Casualty Underwriter in Northern Ireland. You will shape the underwriting strategy, set risk parameters and collaborate with agents and underwriters to optimise performance.

You will analyse portfolio performance, review rates and use data to support strategic growth while maintaining risk appetite. The role offers hybrid working with up to 80% remote time and 20% office presence.
