Strategic Property & Asset Partner (Hybrid)

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a Strategic Business Partner to shape the Council's Property Strategy and Strategic Asset Management Plans within a hybrid working arrangement. You will be the go-to person for Members and departments on property development, ensuring the right property is in the right place.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, plus strong knowledge of property data interpretation, and a track record in the public sector.
