Strategic PMO Lead for Projects & Portfolio

PulseLearning in Limerick, Ireland seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the establishment of a standardized project management operating model and governance framework. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive change, improve portfolio visibility, and build accountability across teams.

The role is office-based in Limerick for 3-6 months with potential to transition to a hybrid pattern (three days in office, up to two remote days).
