Strategic People Partner - Finance & Projects (Hybrid)

Leonardo UK Ltd. in Basildon is seeking a Senior People Partner to work with senior leaders across Finance and Project Controls, and to lead strategic people initiatives for the ISP Line of Business.

You will partner with People Team colleagues to deliver integrated HR services, coach leaders on change and leadership capability, and use people data to drive evidence-based decision making while ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
