Strategic People & OD Partner

NRG Resourcing Ltd is recruiting an experienced People and Organisational Development (P&OD) Business Partner on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will provide expert HR advice to leaders across a multi-site organisation and support transformation and employee lifecycle management.

You will partner with senior colleagues to deliver commercially focused HR solutions, coach managers, interpret people data and drive a culture of high performance and inclusion.
