Strategic People Analytics & Workday Reporting

PGIM Ireland, the global asset management arm of Prudential Financial, is seeking a data-driven analyst to support people analytics and reporting. The role is based in Letterkenny hybrid, working with People Operations, Technology, and COE teams to develop and enhance reports and dashboards.

You will analyze employee data, gather requirements, validate results, and help improve decision-making across our global organization.
