Strategic Pay & Reward Manager (Hybrid)

Solos Consultants Ltd is seeking a Pay, Reward and Benefits Manager for Reading on a 12-month contract. The role is hybrid, with roughly 23 days onsite per week and some remote work, and you will lead compensation and reward programmes.
