The RoleWe are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Delivery Manager to drive the execution and delivery of Sedex's global partner ecosystem. This role focuses on onboarding, enabling, and managing partners that bring measurable value.
You will work hands-on to identify new opportunities, bring partners and ensure they are supported to deliver results for our customers and business.
Key Responsibilities Partner Growth & Acquisition- Identify and onboard new partners that add tangible value to Sedex's offerings and customers.
- Expand the partner network across priority sectors and regions, including audit firms, resellers, and tech providers.
- Work closely with sales and regional teams to support go to market execution and partner led opportunities.
- Deliver effective onboarding processes to get partners up and running quickly and successfully.
- Provide tools, training, and support materials that help partners position and deliver Sedex solutions.
- Drive day to day partner support and issue resolution to keep delivery on track.
- Monitor partner activity, performance, and contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Use data and feedback to identify high performing partners and areas for improvement.
- Support the execution of partner incentive programs and growth plans.
- Build strong working relationships with partner contacts, acting as a reliable point of coordination and delivery.
- Work with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to ensure partners are aligned with current goals and offerings.
- Represent Sedex in industry or partner meetings, as needed.
- 5+ years of hands on experience in partnerships, account management, or business development-ideally in technology, software, or related services.
- Demonstrated success in onboarding and managing partners that drive revenue or customer value.
- Strong project coordination and execution skills.
- Able to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively across teams.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes.
- Experience in ESG or sustainability is a plus, but not required.
