Strategic Legal Counsel - Indirect Procurement

Haleon seeks a Senior Legal Counsel, Procurement to support its Global Procurement function. You will handle strategic indirect procurement transactions, focusing on Digital & Tech and Marketing deals, drafting and negotiating complex agreements, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will partner with the head of Indirect Procurement and cross-functional teams to drive pragmatic legal solutions, while guiding a centralized service centre on contract playbooks and templates.
