Sodexo is seeking a Head of TUPE & Workforce Transition to lead its specialist function for employee transfers, workforce transitions and organisational change.

You will provide expert guidance on TUPE, outsourcing, insourcing, restructures and collective consultation, ensuring legal compliance while delivering positive employee and commercial outcomes. Lead a team of specialists and partner with HR, Legal, Commercial and Bid teams.
