Strategic Job Evaluation & Reward Specialist

Cardiff Council is seeking a specialist in Job Evaluation and Reward to lead development, implementation, and review of JE policies and frameworks. The role partners with senior leaders and HR colleagues to shape HR strategies and ensure compliant application of JE across the organisation.

The post involves working with trade unions and external organisations to deliver a commercially focused, compliant service. Part-time hours and pro-rata salary are noted, with closing date 27 July 2026.
