About the Role 
The Strategic Intelligence team transforms emerging trends and internal data into actionable insights that guide strategic technology decisions. As a Strategic Intelligence Partner Senior Analyst, you will deliver analytical support and research capabilities, combining data interpretation, market research, competitive analysis, and insight generation to support technology leadership decision making. You will translate emerging technology signals into recommendations that shape Flutter's future, synthesising external technology trends with internal priorities and data to deliver insights that move the organisation, not just inform it.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research on workforce analytics, emerging technology trends, and technology related risks.
- Analyse large datasets (workforce, procurement, financial) to identify statistical trends and anomalies that inform strategic recommendations and connect technology decisions to commercial outcomes.
- Validate AI generated insights using analytical expertise and organisational knowledge.
- Support scenario planning and risk modelling for technology investment decisions.
- Prepare briefing materials and presentations that translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for senior technology leaders.
- Support workshop preparation and content development for executive sessions.
- Contribute to strategy papers and industry analyses on emerging technology trends.
- Conduct benchmarking against comparable technology organisations and analysis.
- Support external representation through conference materials and research summaries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analytical processes and methodologies, including delivering Strategic Intelligence as a self serve product to stakeholders.
- Share knowledge and best practices across the team.
- 3-5 years in analytical, research, or consulting roles (technology or fast paced environments).
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with proven data interpretation ability.
- Experience presenting to and preparing materials for senior business leaders.
- Excellent communication skills - translating complex information into clear insights.
- Genuine interest in emerging technologies and their business applications.
- Desirable: Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology Management, or related field.
- Experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy teams.
- Background or expertise in the technology sector.
- Research methodology training or equivalent analytical skills development.
- International experience or cultural awareness.
- Analytical Excellence: Applies structured analytical approaches to complex problems; analyses large datasets using statistical methods and data visualisation; identifies patterns, trends, and logical conclusions from complex data.
- Communication & Collaboration: Articulates complex findings in accessible language; understands and tailors outputs to stakeholder needs; works effectively across different functions and seniority levels.
- Strategic Focus: Understands how analytical work drives technology strategy and business objectives; adapts approach based on changing priorities and stakeholder needs.
